THE SHACC
We have just rebranded the entire Surfing Heritage and Cultural Center (SHACC).
The SHACC will be partnering with us on our journey to document the world’s greatest big wave surfers this season. We thank them for their support and alliance in making quality content that will become historical archives for all time.

The SHACC is a non-profit organization that has safely preserved the world’s largest collection of vintage surfboards and archival footage for the last 20 years.

With legendary board members like Gerry Lopez and living descendants of Duke Kahanamoku of the SHACC is the globe’s surfing authority for the sport’s heritage and culture dating back to ancient times.

Gerry Lopez is a legendary surfer and actor known for his iconic tube rides and influential role in popularizing the sport of surfing.
LINDA BENSON
Linda Benson is a pioneering female surfer and world champion who broke barriers and paved the way for women in the sport of surfing.
SHAUN TOMPSON
Shaun Tomson is a board member and ambassador for Surfrider Foundation, the world’s largest environmental group dedicated to protecting the world’s oceans, waves and beaches and he received the SIMA Environmentalist of the Year Award in 2002.

Thanks to MAKE.BELIEVE, The SHACC is embarking on the launch of a massive branding overhaul that plans to embark on pioneering markets that have never been done before by a non-profit organization that works to preserve surfing culture on a global scale. With custom branded boards that have never been seen before in surf culture, to lifestyle branding that will find it’s way into retail stores globally, we are taking surfing history on the ride of it’s life.
